Mindray compatible reusable temperature probes
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The measurement site was selected according to the patient's condition, the repetitive temperature sensor was placed in the measurement site, and the placement position was ensured to be accurate.
The repetitive temperature sensor is connected to various multifunctional monitors with temperature modules, or the corresponding socket of the electronic thermometer that can be continuously measured is effectively connected, and then the body temperature monitoring is performed according to the instructions of the monitoring equipment.
The product is indicated to collect and transmit temperature signals of patient's rectal cavity, or axillary skin surface, with compatible multi-parameter monitors or electronic clinical thermometers. The product is only used by experienced medical professional or under their directions.
Cavity and surface temperature probes are both used to measure body temperature, but they differ in how they measure and in which areas of the body they are designed to use.
Following are the main differences between the two: Measurement method: Insert a body cavity temperature probe into a body cavity such as the rectum, esophagus, or urethra to measure the body's internal core temperature.
These probes rely on direct contact with internal body tissues to obtain accurate temperature readings.
In contrast, skin temperature probes are designed to measure the temperature of the skin or body surface. They can be placed on the forehead, underarm, or temporal artery and usually use infrared technology to measure skin temperature. Body cavity temperature probes are considered more accurate and precise in measuring core body temperature because they directly measure the temperature of internal organs. This is very important in medical settings where accurate temperature measurement is critical for diagnosis and treatment.
