Expose the upper arm. Wrap the cuff evenly 2 - 3 centimeters above the elbow pit. Keep the center of the cuff at the same horizontal level as the heart. The tightness should be such that 1 - 2 fingers can be inserted.

3. Connecting the Device (if necessary):

If using an electronic blood pressure monitor, connect the air tube plug of the cuff tightly to the interface of the monitor to ensure a stable and secure connection without any looseness.

4. Measuring Blood Pressure:

Press the start button of the blood pressure monitor. Keep quiet and relaxed. After the measurement is completed, the monitor will display the measurement results. Read the data, then untie the cuff and discard it.
